    • Volunteers distribute food as a member of the Second Harvest Food Bank and personal care items supported by St. John’s.
    • Distribution is the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 12:30-2:00.
    • Call the church office if you’re not sure your residence is part of the distribution area.

Erie Lutheran Parish—Saint John’s is a member of the “Parish”, a cooperative ministry of Lutheran congregations in Erie. The ministries include youth ministry, joint worship opportunities and fellowship, adult education, outreach to people in need and other collaborative efforts.

Visitation and Pastoral Care—Saint John’s provides a ministry of visitation, including Word and Sacrament for the home-bound.

Alcoholics Anonymous (A. A.) – meets Mondays and Thursdays in the church’s recreation room.

St. John’s belongs to the Interchurch Ministries of Erie County Voucher Program serving those in the community who qualify.

St. John’s periodically serves meals at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, including the Tuesday Pasta Kitchen.
